Now Terry Jones pulls out !!

It now appears that Dr Terry Jones will not be attending an event in the UK after all. It seems that following the EDL canceling his engagement and subsequent alterations to his international itinerary the UK will probably not feature in his list of engagements.
It is also suspected that diplomatic representations to the US may have had some bearing on him ‘changing his mind’.

Andy Gray, East Mildands NF organizer has announced that following the utter cave in by the EDL and the withdrawal of their invitation to Pastor Terry Jones of the American Dove Outreach ministry to address an EDL event planned in Luton, the National Front have stepped into the gap and openly invited Jones to attend an event to be organized by the NF instead.

Facing Prison for Posting 7/7 DVD

The Supreme Court of Ireland has ordered Anthony John Hill, 62, also known by supporters as “Muad’Dib” the producer of the “7/7 Ripple Effect” documentary, to be remanded back into custody pending immediate extradition from Ireland to the United Kingdom for posting copies of his film to a UK courthouse.

It is alleged that Mr. Hill “intended to pervert the course of justice” by sending copies of his documentary film, “7/7 Ripple Effect”, to a UK courthouse, requesting that the court administrators deliver the DVDs to the judge and jury foreman in a case related to three men accused of helping plan the 2005 London tube-train bombings. All three men have since been found not guilty on those charges. However, as a result of posting the DVDs, Mr. Hill now faces extradition and a possible life sentence in the UK.

The documentary itself has found wide-spread support from around the world by highlighting irregularities in the government’s official report of what transpired on 7/7, 2005, causing many people to question the integrity of the government’s original story.

Members of the public regularly send information to courthouses either anonymously, or as an identifiable amicus curiae (“friend of the court”), when they believe they have information vital to a particular proceeding. For this reason, Mr. Hill believes that it is due to the mainstream success of his film, and the resulting embarrassment caused to the Crown by requiring them to change their official story, that he’s now being unfairly and maliciously prosecuted for political reasons.

Prior to the Supreme Court hearing, Mr. Hill stated, “They have absolutely no case.” He has asserted that the prosecutor and judge were committing perjury and that he was striving to prevent them from perverting the course of justice. As a result of his persistent activism, the prosecution services appear to have gone out of their way to charge him with the crime he says they were committing. Mr. Hill has told friends that because he won’t “play ball” with them, they are now “hitting (him) with the BAR.”

His use of the word “BAR” refers to the worldwide legal fraternity, the “British Accredited Registry”, of which most lawyers and judges in a number of first-world nations are members.

Supporters plan to hold rallies in a showing of solidarity with Mr. Hill’s efforts, though it is currently unknown which court Mr. Hill will appear before, or when, as the extradition process is still being carried out.

Anger as Anglian Water boss gets £10m payout

Unions have reacted with anger to the revelation that the head of Anglian Water has been paid a £10m bonus following his departure. Jonson Cox was paid the sum earlier this year when he left to become the new executive chairman of UK Coal.

The company says the amount will not be paid by ratepayers and rewards Mr Cox for his performance. Mick Ainsley, regional organiser for the GMB Union, said: “This money was funded by cuts and jobs losses and increased charges to customers.

“What is particularly galling is that earlier this year Anglian Water reduced the terms and conditions of workers and made redundancies claiming poverty in light of the OFWAT five year plan. The £10 million that he got would well and truly have paid for all the cuts.”

Northants Police probe sex attack link.

Police are appealing for information about two sexual assaults which took place in Wellingborough within the space of a week. Police believe these incidents are linked.

The first incident occurred just after midnight on Sunday 14 November. A woman was approached by an Asian man in Thomas Street, who proceeded to touch her inappropriately.

The second incident was at 1am on Saturday 20 November when a woman was approached by an Asian man on Church Street. The man followed the woman to the car park at the Redwell public house, where her car was parked. Again the woman was touched inappropriately.

The offender is described as Asian, between 5ft 5ins and 5ft 8ins tall, of slim build and aged in his mid-twenties.

In the first incident, he had dark spiky hair and was wearing a black leather jacket over a cream jumper with light blue jeans. In the second incident, the offender was wearing a white or grey woolly beanie hat, a black jacket, white shoes and, possibly, blue denims.

NF Standing in Wednesbury Council By Election

Our West Midlands comrades ask that any members and supporters in the area please contact Dudley NF as soon as possible and offer what help they can during the run up to the Wednesbury Council By Election on 18th November 2010.

The Candidates have now been announced. Ade Woodhouse is standing as the National Front candidate and is opposed by Tory, Labour, Lib-Dem and Green Party candidates. The BNP which polled 12.1% last May are for some reason not standing a candidate.

Former Northants Police Inspector commits suicide amid corruption allegations

Both local and national press have reported on the apparent suicide of former Northamptonshite Police Inspector Peter Boatman. Boatman known locally as “Boaty” was a director of the company Pro-Tect which is at the center of controversy following the revelation that it had been selling Tazer weapons to Police forces in contravention of the terms of it’s home office licence.

It emerged recently that the type of Tasers used in the incident that led to the death of killer Raoul Moat were only licensed for distribution to a Home Office testing facility. As Pro-Tect had supplied the X12 Tasers directly to Northumbria Police, home secretary Theresa May decided there was no alternative but to revoke the company’s licence.

The company’s managing director Kevin Coles told news sources that Boatman, a former Northamptonshire Police Inspector, had been ‘destroyed’ by the development. He explained that his colleague had felt ‘ashamed’ by the media coverage of the company’s ‘problems’.

Boatman was a Police constable in Daventry during the mid 1970’s and into the 80’s and was notorious for his hatred of drinking, mob handedly invading pubs and clubs locally at the stroke of closing time and physically “intimidating” the clientele. He also had a reputation for his penchant for ‘mixing it’ obtained during the 1972 dockers strikes. With an obsession for pugilism and martial arts he liked himself to be considered an “expert on violence” and “the use of force”.

It is alleged that Boatman’s ‘expert submission’ was partly instrumental in the jailing of the innocent Leeds Police officer Michael Bunting who was attacked and seriously injured in August 1997 and later jailed simply for bravely defending himself during a most vicious and unprovoked attack while performing his duty.

Seven on human trafficking charge in court

Five men and two women are to stand trial for their alleged involvement with trafficking migrant workers into the UK. The arrests were made after raids at 21 houses in the Kettering area in 2008, the largest human trafficking operation of its kind.

At an earlier hearing held in April, it was heard that Gurdip Somal, 51, of Cleveland Avenue, Kettering, Manjinder Somal, 45, of Cleveland Avenue, Kettering, Jujhar Singh, 26, of Dickens Drive, Kettering, Feth Bal, 24, of Havelock Street, Kettering, all deny charges of people trafficking for labour.

Santokh Nizzar, 49, from Coventry, and Anna Jemiolo, 25, of Coventry, also deny the charges and Varinder Singh, 29, of Dickens Drive, Kettering, denies money laundering.

The charges were not read out in court, and the defendants were not required to formally plead to the charges they individually face.

Their trial, which is expected to last up to 12 weeks, is due to start at Northampton Crown Court from November 29.

A number of witnesses are due to be brought over from Eastern Europe to give evidence.

The defendants were arrested in November 2008 as a result of Operation Ruby which targeted the trafficking of people into the UK from Slovakia Poland, Romania, the Czech Republic and Hungary. It was the largest operation of its kind ever staged in the UK.

It is alleged that up to £10 million was laundered through various companies set up to conceal the trafficking.
